WAS BRINGING DOWN CRASH CART FOR REPLACEMENT WAITING FOR DOOR TO UNLOCK TO ALLOW ENTRANCE INTO ROOM HEARD THE DOOR UNLOCK AND ATTEMPTED PUSHING IT OPEN WITH MY ARM DIDNT OPEN. HEARD THE LOCK CLICK AGAIN TO OPEN ATTEMPTED OPENING AGAIN WITH ARM BUT DIDNT OPEN. THIS REPEATED ITSELF A 3RD TIME. DOOR NEVER OPENED.AFTERWARDS FOLLOWING THIS EVENT PAIN NOTED TO R WRIST FOREARM WHICH CONTINUES TO LINGER ON. NO MEDS TAKEN AT HOME TO REDUCE PAIN. PAIN IS TOLERABLE BUT NOTICEABLE AND UNUSUAL FOR DAILY ACTIVITIES.
