On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Employee was picking up boxes that were delivered by UPS onto a pallet. When employee picked up a box that had a heavy sticker on it employee had felt pain in their upper back area. Also previously when picking up jugs employee felt some tension in their upper back.
