EE alleges [REDACTED] while unloading EE was closing the curtain of the trailer and as EE was pulling the curtain EE right little finger was pulled by a hook causing broken skin on the R little finger dorsal. EE initially applied a band aid. EE denies having a deep wound. EE was referred to a provider d t not being able to make a tight fist with all the fingers and thumb.
