Before the incident
At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] a mold setter was removing tool 9285 on press 212 and he used a wrench to loosen the lower left bolt clamp with his right arm Upon loosening the bolt the tool fell forward and down pinning his right bicep against the rail A Yanfeng employee used a pry bar to tilt the tool backwards and our injured employee pulled his arm out EMTs arrived and transported the injured employee to Hillcrest hospital where diagnotic tests were performed The injured employee suffered no breaks or fractured bones however he will be kept overnight at [REDACTED] for precautionary observation
