[REDACTED] was sitting awkardly in a tight bathroom with his feet wedged between the vanity and toilet. Employee picked pt up using drag technique to pull him out of the bathroom emergently due to pt not breathing. Following caring fo the [REDACTED] and HCEMS packaged pt onto the poles and canvas. While lifting pt to move to the stretcher outside employee felt a tweak in my lower back. [REDACTED] was approximately 200+ lbs. Employee denied further assistance.
