What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] sustained a back injury while manually lifting a box containing 24 liner pieces (full box). The injury occurred during a twisting motion as he attempted to place the box onto another pallet at floor level. Employee was sent to occupational health clinic where they received diagnostic imaging and initial care until IP could return the next day to the clinic to be seen by the MD. They received time off physical therapy restrictions and prescription medication.
