What happened
After emptying a case cart I went around to check if something was dropped off on the drop off shelf and slipped on [REDACTED]-Klenz that was on the floor due to it being sprayed on the instruments. My right foot went out from under my body and I landed with full body weight on my right hand to stop myself from hitting the floor. I felt a sharp pain in my right shoulder and right upper back from what I assume to be a pulled muscle or my shoulder popping.
