doing a lift assist [REDACTED] with partner [REDACTED] the four person team was having difficulty get the latch for the bariatric stretcher unlocking. This resulted in several position changes and repositioning. During I felt an extreme pain in my left leg. I didn 't think I was injured just hurt like muscle strain.
