Before the incident
crew was called to bring a patient home from UH Cleveland. Pt had five steps into house crew had [REDACTED] Training with us. [REDACTED] and I went to lift the patient up at the head while [REDACTED] was carrying the feet. When we went to lift [REDACTED] never lifted the right side of the pt putting all the pts weight on my left arm. I had felt a sharp tear in y left shoulder.
