[REDACTED] Was In The Process Of Beginning To Fuel Her Bus. Once The Nozzle Was In The Bus She Walked Around To Swipe The Fuel Card. Upon Stepping Onto The Fuel Platform She Made Contact With The Edge Of A Stationary Sign That Cut Her Just Above Her Forehead On The Left Side Of Her Head. She Also Stated That Once The Contact Was Made She Felt The Back Of Her Neck Crack.
