Kicking a bin clip to connect it to the bin bottom

An employee was working in bin building on line 2 and was attempting to kick a bin clip in to lock the side and bottom in place. They decided to put their back to the bin reach behind them with both hands and grab the top of the side to kick the bin clip with their heel. When they kicked it their shoe got stuck between the trim of the catwalk and the bin and came off. When the shoe came off they lost their balance and felt a pop in their left shoulder.

Left Shoulder Hyper-Extension Strain
