Working off the Maintenance repair list as he signed on to the tank [REDACTED] heater no working as he normally would and headed out to the [REDACTED].
What happened
Employee located tank [REDACTED] and went over and found the heater control in the on position. He proceeded to put the on off switch into the off position. As he was switching it the front cover blew off and hit him in his hand causing cuts and swelling.
