I checked in with Bloodmobile that they were still functioning prior to my [REDACTED] appointment. Leaving main entrance I turned had to step over car bumper up curb. Misstepped onto curb and fell. L ankle in pain. Stood carefully and limped into the Wellness Center. In front of [REDACTED] office I leaned against the cubicle wall. Vision narrowed ears got warm felt like I might pass out. [REDACTED] and someone else put me in a wheelchair to take me to Urgent Care. Urgent Care referred me to ED. Dx no injury to ankle vaso-vagal response to pain.
