I was leaving my office and preparing to go home. I shut my door and said good-bye to the [REDACTED] of the Foundation and walked out the door and into the foyer and on to the stairway; I descended to the first platform lant form safely. I adjusted my bag for balance and the rail. And I made certain I grabbed the rail for climbing down the rest of the way. All of the sudden my balance was failing and my hold on the rail became disastrous. My arm and shoulder were wrapped around the railing forcing my jaw against the hard step. The steps are slippery even on sunny days I felt a bit disoriented and was taken care of by co-workers. I did not seek medical care because I was embarrassed and not thinking well.
