Equipment Operator was walking between the conveyor and the TCAR when they lost footing while stepping over the TCAR guide rail and fell. As [REDACTED] began to fall they reached for a nearby pallet stand to regain balance causing the right ring finger to bend sideways during the grasp. [REDACTED] landed on the floor with the finger visibly deformed and then manually bent it back into place.
