Bringing in the 2 empty shred bins. Turned to handed off the keys to [REDACTED] and must of tripped on the 1 set of wheels of the shred bin causing me to lose balance and falling towards the shred bin which went down and I followed. Hit my right palm of hand then right knee and then top of my right shoulder.
