Before the incident

This RN was administering nighttime medication to a patient in her bed once I was finished I turned around to exit the room when my foot tripped on the leg of the Hoyer lift next to my patient. I stumbled forward and couldn 't catch my balance and ended up falling forward and landed with my knees hitting the floor primarily my Right knee hitting the floor. I remained on the ground sitting upright and called out for help which arrived right away. I did not hit my head.
