While using the stair case to go downstairs to get into the medical unit responding to a 911 call. I felt some sort of strain or twinge to the left shoulder. Almost immediately the muscle area of the shoulder felt tight. I was using both hand rails while going down the stair case. There was no tripping fall or near fall.
