The patient swung at [REDACTED] 's face which she was able to dodge but was hit in the arm. When I stepped in to keep the patient from hitting at [REDACTED] again she spit in my face. She got both eyes. I was telling her at that moment she can 't hit staff. Since my mouth was open spit got in my mouth as well. In the incident she spit in my face again.
