Before the incident
TM was assisting another TM to finish loading boxes on a trailer in dock 8.
What happened
TM moved an electric pallet jack to make more room to work in the trailer. When the TM stepped of the jack his left foot missed the dock plate and went into the gap between the trailer dock plate and the building. TM injured left foot left ankle and left wrist.
