What happened
TM was bringing pallets into a trailer in dock 11 to remove the used trays from the dollies that they are returned on. TM stopped the electric pallet jack and dismounted. After getting off the electric pallet jack electric pallet jack was moving on it 's own. Electric pallet jack struck the TM on the left ankle
