TM just finished fueling tractor and was in the process of pulling the unit forward so the trailer could also be fueled.

After TM fueled his tractor they got back into vehicle to pull forward so the trailer could get fueled as well. When TM was getting out of tractor they stepped down with their left foot onto the top step while grasping the left handle bar. TMs boots had diesel fuel on the bottom from the fuel island which caused them to be slippery. When TM 's left foot reached the step it slipped off the step and TM fell backwards out of the vehicle landing on his coccyx back and head.
