Making deliveries to store locations

The Team Member had just completed delivery at [REDACTED] 1696 in [REDACTED]. They were closing their trailer door with their left hand on the handle and right hand press against the door. Being a rear lift gate trailer the door is a roll up door. Near the top the slits in door open as it curves up. The Team Member had their pinky finger over one of these slits. As the door went down the the two parts of the door met and pinched his finger between them.
