On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] the TM was working in the production room. Production was running and HT dough size medium was being produced. Another TM was in the production room at this time also as TM was performing quality checks and assisting with production when the injury occurred. The TM used a ladder to try and remove dough from the dough conveyor The TM reached to remove dough from the dough conveyor While attempting to do so the TMs right hand became trapped or pulled into the gear roller assembly which is motor driven.
