Before the incident
TM was moving tractor trailers in the yard and getting them ready to load for the day.
What happened
TM was walking onto the parking area next door to move trucks and get equipment numbers when he slipped on a patch of black ice. TM 's heel of right foot slipped outward twisting counterclockwise. TM 's heel stopped slipping when it encountered dry pavement. When the heel made contact with the dry pavement the ball of the foot on right slipped outward in clockwise motion.
