Before the incident
Employee was unloading uprights he was standing at the North end of the unloading table.
What happened
Uprights were loaded on table using a hoist. After upirght was loaded employee attempted to adjust one of the uprights by pushing from the end with the large footplate (trying to square up the bundle). While pushing the upright shift pinching and trapping the employees pinky between the uprights.
