[REDACTED] was installing bearings and a belt roller on the Sandiacre [REDACTED]. His hands were greasy and when he had to apply pressure to part of the machine his hand slipped and was scraped against the frame of the case erector. Two of his fingers were cut open. He began to bleed from the cuts. He applied pressure with paper towel to the cuts and reported the incident to me soon. He expressed he was in pain and needed to go to the hospital. I told him to go straight away. He changed clocked out and left for urgent care immediately. This all encompassed five minutes of him getting hurt reporting to me and leaving.
