Before the incident
Tm was running extension cords to the wifi router and on the sub roof prior to being asked to bring up a fan for cooling.
What happened
TM was tasked with running extension cords to the WiFi router located on the sunroof and was also asked to bring up a fan to assist in cooling the router. While transporting the fan from the lowest level to the subroof TM had to step over three cast iron pipes and two insulated pipes and caught his foot on one of the pipes. Due to forward momentum TM attempted to recover by stepping down abruptly with the right foot landing on the edge of the foot. This misstep led to a fall forward during which TM rolled onto their ankle.
