assisting patient to the bathroom

While assisted the patient in room ICU-6 to go to the toilet he took a couple of steps and his knees gave in and his body shift toward me bounced me in a way that I felt a crack in the middle of my chest to the right side of my chest. and later I started feeling episodes of sharp frequent chest wall pain and shouting pain down my right leg. This was reported to the charge nurse and Nurse Manager they sent me to the ER to received care.
