What happened
Employee was connecting the lavatory cart to the electric tug and got 2 fingers pinched during the connection process. It was then reported to Team Captain who helped her come inside and start to stop the bleeding that was happening and run her hand fingers in the sink to clean the cut. [REDACTED] reported this then to Manager who bubbled it up to the MCO and Interim. OR [REDACTED] QX director. Equipment was frozen documented and red tagged for inspection
