What happened
I was picking up a heavy hand carry cargo from the cargo warehouse. It was left on the floor so I lifted it onto the tug and it got caught on my safety vest as it was going up. I held onto the cargo for a few seconds with one hand while using the other hand to unstuck the cargo and it applied too much pressure on my finger spraining it.
