What happened
Team Member removing panels from the sawline area during the shift and later felt a knot in his lower abdomen area. TM was counseled with by site OHN and directed to see company doctor [REDACTED] for further review. Dr. [REDACTED] diagnosed TM with an inguinal hernia and referred for a surgical consult. TM was allowed to return to work with restricted duties.
