Backstop slipped from other TM 's hands and [REDACTED] reached to try and catch the falling backstop and his left hand was caught between the backstop and the frame of the lift; mashing his left hand between them. This resulted in a fractured left pinky finger - lacerated left ring finger (sutures to close). TM was taken to Doctor for follow up and was released to work the next day ([REDACTED])
