[REDACTED] was working on line 31 in the position of correcting bottles that were not torqued correctly watching for bottles jamming at the torquer. The non-operator side auto-torquer was registering that the gating was full of bottles when it was not causing the torquer to actuate when bottles were not in the correct positions for the chucks to torque the pumps on the bottles in the torquer gating causing pumps to spin out of the bottles and bottles to tip over causing spills. [REDACTED] went to remove a bottle that had tipped over in the torquer which requires ducking under a conveyor that has guarding in place. When returning to her position after removing the tipped over bottle [REDACTED] slightly twisted her ankle when ducking under the conveyor and fell to the floor. Her Group Lead on the line [REDACTED] assisted her immediately to sit.
