[REDACTED] was loading unloading bags preparing an aircraft for departure as part of normal routine.

Employee felt a sharp pain in his side that momentarily took his breath away. Employee said that the pain went away and he did not want any medical attention. Employee finished the flights for the day without complaint of it returning. [REDACTED] Employee returned to work and was assigned the bin for the [REDACTED] flight. Following the flight the employee stated that the pain had returned to his right side. Unsure if he pulled something or if it was something medical he was advised to seek evaluation. Managment was informed later in the day that the pain was caused by a pulled muscle.

It was later identified as a pulled muscle.
