Before the incident
While testing the analyst noticed a cramp pain in the hand and wrist which had not been present prior there was concerns expressed by the analyst about being the primary tester for 3 straight months while the other analyst was healing from a similar workplace related injury. Upon feeling the injury supervisor was notified and analyst has stopped testing until medical evaluation can be obtained. Analyst currently experiences varying degrees of discomfort in the affected extremities that moves around depending on the type of work performed.
