The employee was part of a crew tasked to remove a large fuse box he was taking out the last bolt he called out to the crew he was about to remove it and to be ready but once the last bolt was removed it was too heavy the others on his crew were unable to hold it and dropped it. On it 's way down it hit cut the employee 's right thigh above his knee cap.
