What happened
Team member was entering the roof department through the door of the building closest to the jack table. When she stepped in the building with her right foot her left foot slipped and her ankle twisted. She fell on her bottom and felt a pop while she was getting her leg out from under her. As a result of this incident she has inflammation pain and a bruise on her left ankle.
