Employee was at a jobsite taking pictures of the hangers he was dropping off while standing on top of a small set of trusses he had just delivered. When he went to step down from the set of trusses he miscalculated how far the ground was and according to him tripped fell on his behind and rolled backwards hurting his left leg.
