EE states that a coworker was driving the forklift moving the plastic from the racks so EE stopped to let him finish. Another coworker was driving a forklift as well with a pallet full of boxes that was blocking his view he was honking the horn to advise the others that he was near but EE didn 't hear the horn so EE was still standing there waiting and accidentally the co worker hit EE foot with the pallet that he had in the forklift.
