Working to get stuck forklift inside
What happened
Forklift got stuck outside. An operator grabbed another forktruck to help pull out the stuck fork truck. The onetruck did not have a pin so we used rebar in place of the pin. We hooked a strap to the rebar to tow it out and when we pulled the rabr came out and hit the top of my head and caused a laceration.
