[REDACTED] came into the office [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] and asked if we had any eye drops to which i replied asking why and that is when he informed me while taking his papr off at then end of the day [REDACTED] he got something in his eye but didn 't realize it until he was in the shower before bed. I 'm currently waiting on [REDACTED] to get here to see if he can take him to the walk in as his eye is almost completely held shut.
