[REDACTED] was trying to fix the flag on top of a cover while moving towards on the conveyor when suddenly his hand got stuck in between the cover and the plexiglass. He tried hard to get his hand unstuck and while pulling the plexiglass cut him on the top of his arm. [REDACTED] took him down to the clinic.
