What happened
A maintenance Team Member was sitting on a cart near the storeroom waiting for their partner to bring parts needed for a job. Another Team Member driving a fork truck with a tote on it left the large storeroom door and was driving forward so they could spin around and go down the ramp backwards. As they moved forward they did not see the cart parked and contacted the back of the cart. This pushed the cart forward and pinched the maintenance team member 's leg between the cart and the wall.
