What happened
At [REDACTED] the PM 11 SPO called me from the basement stating he had burned himself. TM was cooling the inspection cover to the broke dump chest pump with a hose so he could handle the cover. Once TM had the bolts loose on the cover the cover popped open due to pressure in the line and sprayed TM with hot stock and water. TM was brought to health services was administered burn gel and was transported to the hospital.
