Worker had just arrived to work to begin his shift.

Worker was extending his right arm outward in an attempt to push a 2-way door open so that he could proceed through it. He was not looking at the door. At the same time another worker was proceeding through the door in the opposite direction and the second worker pushed the door into the hand of the injured worker which caused pain in his right shoulder.
