Recordable Incident At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] an EE was attempting to dislodge a cylinder and an air actuated plunger pinched the EEs right thumb causing an abrasion contusion and small split one eighth inch along the nail bed EE was seen by a physician and given a prescription for an antibiotic The EE continues to work without restrictions
