standing in the shop talking with another co-worker. Neither were performing any work activities at the time the incident occurred.
What happened
[REDACTED] was in the beam shop with safety goggles on engaged in conversation with another co-worker when he alleges feeling something enter his right eye. He was wearing contacts at the time. He left the work area and went to flush his eye and replaced his contact. With no resolution in irritation he was taken to the eye doctor where he was dx with corneal ulceration. No foreign body was found
