Before the incident
TM was taking the metal pans out of the rack and loading them into the machine that removes the hams from the pan.
What happened
The side door of the machine opened which automatically opens the trap doors. The TM had his hand on the pan when this happened. The pan fell through the trap door and smashed his fingers between the pan and table.
