What happened
Employee was exiting the cab of his mixer when the heel of his left boot snagged a wire clothes hanger that was tied to the top step of his cab steps. HE began to fall off the steps but his boot heel remained snagged on the hanger. He fell to the ground level with his right foot on the ground and his right hand holding the truck. His left foot remained elevated on the top step. This resulted in a severe groin strain.
